Over 1500 delegates including senior leaders and health and care professionals attended the event in Glasgow on 14th and 15th June to exchange ideas and share information. The integration of Health and Social care in Scotland has expedited the need for accurate and timely information across the health and care economy to improve the health and wellbeing of patients, as well as benchmark and inform effective commissioning decisions.
We had many visitors to the NECS stand with considerable interest in RAIDR. Many who visited us were interested in understanding how effective sharing of data and intelligence across the border could be achieved, as well as how we could work together to improve use of this data to directly improve care for patients across both health economies. Together with the wider NECS teams we made some strong links that we will follow up after the event.
