In December 2018 we launched the new version of RAIDR to our customers, we have been live for just over a month and we are thrilled with the progress.
We are already reporting some improvements, with improved functionality our users are able to take RAIDR’s self-service to a new level. It’s early days and we are still training users on the new functionality but we are encouraged at the uptake and the feedback on this process. We are keen to continue to improve RAIDR and with the implementation of QlikSense we believe that we will be able to fulfil our customers wishes in an ever changing NHS environment.

A much improved customer interface
The new search tool on the Hub is great, this will be great for new starters in the practice
